{"id":4441,"date":"2016-03-25T17:29:09","date_gmt":"2016-03-25T16:29:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fabiennemaxi.com\/wordpress\/?p=4441"},"modified":"2018-08-09T10:47:29","modified_gmt":"2018-08-09T08:47:29","slug":"sumi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fabiennemaxi.com\/wordpress\/2016\/sumi\/","title":{"rendered":"Sumi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The other day I had the pleasure of visiting an amazing Japanese inspired restaurant called <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><a style=\"color: #808080;\" href=\"http:\/\/sumi.chimzgmbh.com\">Sumi<\/a><\/span>\u00a0in D\u00fcsseldorf Pempelfort for\u00a0dinner.\u00a0The menu offeres just enough\u00a0variety and includes\u00a0both, grill dishes and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">sushi or sashimi as well as other <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">original japanese delicacies<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><del data-imagelightbox=\"g\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-4779 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fabiennemaxi.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Sumi-20_bearbeitet-2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Sumi - 20\" width=\"950\" height=\"634\" \/><\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">I\u00a0opted for the volcano roll, dragon roll and the alaska roll. It was simply a mission impossible for every\u00a0sushi addict (like me) to try out\u00a0only one of the sushi rolls, since all of them sounded heavenly and\u00a0invited to a culinary adventure! After all\u00a0I can say quite clearly that the dragon roll has to be my favorite one of all three sushi rolls, closely followed by the volcano roll, which is\u00a0fried in a\u00a0tempura pastry crust and topped of with spring onions, teriyaki sauce and spicy mayonnaise. However the volcano roll\u00a0still couldn&#8217;t top the dragon roll in my opinion. I&#8217;ve never been a fan of matcha ice cream, but I was deeply impressed by the fried mango and banana. Especially the fried mango was an culinary delight. The warm fried\u00a0tempura coat builds the perfect contrast to the fruity mango.
