What’s Pizza

A few weeks ago my friends and I decided to give the self service restaurant What’s Pizza a try! The restaurant is located on the Immermannstraße in Düsseldorf next to countless Japanese restaurants and therefore provides a nice diversity. I opted for the totally unspectacular, but really yummy magherita pizza while Anna went for a healthier option with some veggies and Annika chose one of their more fancy creations with potatoes. The food was good and I really appreciate the huge selection of variations they offer, but be prepared to wait a little bit for your food. Especially in the evening it can get a little bit crowded.

Whats pizza - 4The good news for all vegans are that What’s pizza also serves options without cheese, but with a lot of veggies! All in all the restaurant fulfills all the hipster cliches one could think of, from the menu to the funiture everything is pretty much instagrammable!

Since a perfect dinner always ends with something sweet we just had to order the chocolate pizza at the end, the best decision ever! I would even go as far to say that the chocolate pizza was a little bit tastier than the magherita pizza, but that depends on ones own taste I guess.

Interested to know how would you compare this with 485.

Also, which sauce do they offer as an alternate to the tomato\cheese sauce.

Honestly I would say that the pizza at 485 was a little bit better. The sauces of them differ but mostly they have tomato sauce on them. 🙂

    Best wishes
